The Old Rectory offers an ideal space for families or groups of friends (max 12 plus 2 babies) to enjoy time together or to celebrate a special occasion in beautiful surroundings. 2 well- behaved dogs are welcome. There is a large garden, tennis court, trampoline and croquet. Bring boots/bikes for lots of lovely walks/rides from the house – the nearest pub is a 25 minute amble across the fields. A trip to the beach less than an hour’s drive.

Six bedrooms:

  • 1 double with large en-suite shower and bathroom

  • 1 double/twin with en-suite bathroom

  • 1 double and 1 twin room with share shower room

  • 1 double and 1 double/twin with shared shower room

2 living rooms, both with open fires and Smart TVs, lots of board games and a card table * Separate dining room * Well-equipped kitchen with Aga, large table and French doors opening on to South facing terrace with BBQ * Large cloakroom for boots, coats and outdoor clobber * Fibre broadband throughout the house.

The house comes with a welcome pack of home-produced eggs, sausages and honey. We are willing to unpack a grocery delivery on the afternoon of your arrival and if you are looking for a private chef for a special occasion, we can provide you with a list of options.
